About the Role
Cashier — Mr. Good Restaurant
We are seeking a smart, courteous, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer payments, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and pleasant service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer payments using cash, POS, and other payment methods
Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records
Attend to customers professionally and respond to inquiries politely
Balance cash register at the end of each shift
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order processing
Maintain cleanliness and organization around the cashier station
Assist in resolving minor customer complaints promptly
Requirements:
Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
Previous cashier or customer service experience is an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
Honest, attentive, and customer-friendly
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification
Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is an added advantage
Basic knowledge of POS systems and electronic payment processing

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays where necessary
